July 23, 2008 - After much debate, FSEARA leadership has decided to recast the voted rule changes. There was some apparent confusion on what some of the rule changes were, so hopefully everything will be corrected. If you raced 4 out of 6 races, you are elegible for the revote. Instructions and the list can be viewed here. I have removed the rule book for now, and it will be reposted once the changes are finalized. One rule change that was clarified is the 17.5 motor option. The class will now allow for any brand 17.5 ROAR legal motor. The class will continue to be sponsored by Novak, and to be eligible for the Novak prize package, a Novak motor must be run. More details will be in the rule book.
